How can we buy from you?
It's very simple really - whenever you see the Paypal 'shopping basket' icon, click on it and this item will be placed into your shopping basket. Once you've finished placing all the items you need in your basket, simply click the 'Checkout Now' link and follow the simple Paypal instructions! You can also give us a call and place your order over the phone if you prefer.
 
Can I collect my items?

You can collect you items from us, just let us know when you place your order and we will ensure it is ready for collection we you arrive. Don’t forget though postage is free on all items!

 
What are your opening hours?
The Studio’s core hours are 10am till 5.00pm Monday to Wednesday & 10am till 9pm Thursday & Friday. We are also available via our online MSN Webcam, or dedicated shop line (01623 480841) from 10am till 4pm Saturday & Sunday. If that’s still not enough you can email us 24 x 7 and we will try our best to ensure that we replay to you within 24 hrs.
 
Do you sell items within your studio?
Please remember, we are also a gaming stockist and full time painting studios and that collection is via prior arrangement. We do keep a large range of unpainted & painted miniatures in stock and you can also purchase any additional models when you collect your order. We also carry a large collection of gaming accessories.
 
Can I order special items from you directly? And how long will it take?
We will endeavour to supply you with your order within 28 days; however should you require the order sooner? We will try to obtain the items within 4 working days, please understand this is subject to the manufacturer holding the items within stock.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay for any of your items using the most popular credit and debit cards: VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Solo. You can also give us a call with your card details and we will process the payment over the phone for you. We do still also accept good old fashion cash & cheques paid in sterling, these should be made payable to TC Painting Studios. Goods paid for in cheques will take 5 business days to clear before your goods are posted.
 
What currency will my order be placed in?
Your currency will be placed in British Pounds Sterling.
 
How secure is your online payment processing?
Paypal online orders are extremely secure indeed - we do not hold your credit or debit card details on file and all transaction data is transmitted from your computer to the online payment service using 128 bit SSL encryption technology. This encryption ensures that your data remains confidential and cannot be interfered with whilst being transmitted over the internet. In short, you're as safe as possible!
 
Do you apply VAT to my orders?
If you live within the UK or EU, all our prices are inclusive of VAT at currently 17.5%. Any invoice e-mails you receive from us will include this.
 
What about postage costs?
Shipping Worldwide is set at a great fixed rate and you will never pay more than £8.40 where ever you are in the World. Unless you want Recorded or Special Delivery, of course. We do post overseas all the time & this is always via airmail unless it say's otherwise such as spray cans etc, If you have any doubts let us know & get in touch for a special delivery postage quote.
 
What contact can I expect from you regarding my order?

We aim to keep you as informed as possible - there's nothing worse than having no contact with a store telling you nothing about your orders! We even have a dedicated telephone number and live MSN webcam should you wish to get in touch.

Once you place your order and pay for it, we will send an e-mail notifying you of your order, when we expect it to be processed and when it will be posted.

If we cannot complete the order immediately, due to being out of stock etc, we will send a additional e-mail notifying you of this and giving you an estimated time of arrival. If we have to split the order, sending items we have in stock and ordering items we do not have in stock, we will send an e-mail telling you which items we have sent and which we need to order.

We will also send another e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

 
Do Manufacturer warranties apply?
Yes - warranties for items are unaffected by using our service. However, it is often much quicker to contact the manufacturer in question rather than contacting us and we recommend customers who find their items not as described to do so. We do not tamper with any items and thus any problems of contents and so on are generally the fault of the manufacturer.
 
How do I know you are reliable?
It is always a worry for first-time buyers of any web store, but we ask that you understand that TC Painting Studios are a long standing company that abides by all United Kingdom rules and regulations regarding distance selling. If you have any problems with our service we will do our utmost to correct the problem, and whilst on occasion mistakes may be made by our staff we do hope that you understand that we are only human. If you have any concerns, please take a look at our Customer Comments page to see what past customers have said about us.
 
Can I return an order?
Of course! You can return any item to us within 30 calendar days of ordering your items. Your items will be refunded for the full amount paid, as long as they are unopened and undamaged.
 
How soon do I get a refund?
Your returned items will be refunded the same day after we receive them, as long as they are unopened and undamaged.
 
Can I exchange my item(s) if I am not happy?
Yes no problem, please return the item to us unopened & undamaged and tell us what you require in exchange. After we receive your unwanted item, we will ship the same day the exchanged item to you. Please understand that you will be charged/refunded should there be a difference in the price of the exchanged products.
 
What about the postage I paid?
I'm afraid we cannot refund any postage you paid to return an item to us, nor will we refund the postage you paid to send the item originally.
 
What information do you store about your customers?
We store only a small amount of details about you: your real name, address and telephone number, email addressr details and that's it. We DO NOT store your credit card or debit card numbers, or in fact any payment account ever.
 
How do I contact you via webcam?
You need to add our email address of tcpaintingstudios@hotmail.co.uk to your contacts within msn messenger, you can then see when we are are online and if we are available to have a chat.
 
How do I pay for cash on delivery?
We do offer the cash on delivery service to anywhere in the World, please get in touch with us to confirm the prices regarding this service.
